DETAILED CONFIRMATION
After you take the order, we will send you a detailed e-mail confirmation. We will confirm your size/measurement and the date of your event. If you didn’t reply in 24 hours, we will send you another confirmation later. And we may try to contact you with WhatsApp if there is something urgent. Hope you can read our confirmation carefully to check the size and the date. Because they are crucial factors to make sure you will receive your ideal dress. To avoid any mistakes in dress details, our QA members will inspect your dress from fabric, style, and size, and so on. They will also take photos to record the original status of the dress. Thus, you will receive a dress in totally good condition.

When your dress is ready to ship, it will be packed carefully. It will be folded in a pocket and then put in a box with the logo of Miermi. Outside the box is the courier bag. The process of packaging can ensure the dress avoids damage or dust. While in transportation, there will some wrinkles in the dress. This is unavoidable situation.
